The Emerson EPRO CON011+PR6424/01 is a complete system for industrial machine vibration monitoring. It combines two key components:
- EPRO CON011 Signal Converter: This unit amplifies the faint electrical signals generated by the eddy current sensor.
- PR6424/01 Eddy Current Sensor: This sensor uses eddy currents to measure the displacement, velocity, and acceleration of a vibrating machine component.
- The EPRO CON011+PR6424/01 system is designed to provide continuous, real-time monitoring of machine vibration. This information can be used to detect and diagnose potential problems early on, preventing costly breakdowns and unplanned downtime.
